Jimmy Roberts of Renaissance Appraisal was personable and professional from his first contact to last. I was pleasantly surprised at his superb customer considerations on the phone and including a couple of friendly email reminders of his upcoming visit including a personal greeting and photograph so that when he arrived smiling at my door there was already a familiarity established.
Finally, I could tell by the paperwork sent to us that Mr. Roberts had done his homework and had completed and submitted it promptly! He also followed up with a phone call to answer several questions that I had. Over all, excellent service!
