We are licensed and insured Certified Residential Appraisers, and we are approved vendors for both the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Jimmy Roberts, our founder and Sr. Appraiser has over 15 years of experience appraising homes in Southeastern Michigan (Wayne County, Oakland County, Macomb County and Washtenaw County) with over 4,500 appraisals to his credits. He’s also a local investor, and licensed real estate broker.

Over the years, the team at Renaissance Appraisal has completed thousands of mortgage appraisals, but we really excel and specialize in helping people in need of appraisals for estate planning, probate court, divorce, bankruptcy, pre-listing, tax appeal and for-sale-by-owner (FSBO) purposes.

We work very closely with local realtors & brokers to establish listing prices, home sellers to make sure they are getting top dollar for their largest asset, and we work with buyers to insure they don’t overpay.
